RETURNS INFO

In the very unlikely event that you're not satisfied with your product/s, you can of course return them within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The items must be unmarked and undamaged with all original packaging.

Shamanca Spirit is not responsible for any return postage costs.  We recommend that you obtain a tracking number and insurance from your courier/delivery service in case the package you are returning is lost or damaged.
